Student Web Instructions for Grades on MyCSU

These instructions will assist you with accessing final grades (by term) or to view your unofficial Academic Transcript via MyCSU and Banner Web Services.

1. Go to the CSU Home;
2. Click on the MyCSU link;
3. Go to the Secure Access Login area and enter your user name and password;
4. If this is the first time signing onto MyCSU, you will be prompted to change your password;
5. As you enter MyCSU, click on the Student Services tab, and then the Academic Services link;
6. Click on Administrative Services where you will be able to access various options from your personal menu;
7. Click the Student and Financial Aid link;
8. Select Student Records;
9. Select Final Grades;
10. Select a Term (semester) and click Submit;
11. Your final grades and GPA information for the term will appear.
    

TO VIEW YOUR ACADEMIC WEB TRANSCRIPT

• Follow steps one through seven (1 – 7) above.
• Select Academic Transcript
• For Transcript Options:
• Select: All levels for Transcript Level
• Select: Web Transcript for Transcript Type
• Click Submit to view your unofficial transcript. Please note: Official transcripts must be ordered through the Office of the Registrar.
