Job Description:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Teach assigned classes in Management and Marketing. Advises students in the Management and Marketing Options. Serve on assigned college and university committees. Maintain appropriate documents in support of classroom teaching and student advising. Seek grants in support of departmental programs. Participate in faculty professional development. Participate in scholarly research in the area of academic expertise. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. QUALIFYING FACTORS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Master’s Degree in Management required, Ph.D. preferred. Be willing and available to teach days, evenings or week-ends at alternative (off-campus) locations. Possess outstanding communication skills. Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications. Possess superior interpersonal skills.Previous work experience at a managerial level in corporate, non-profit or government organization strongly desired.
