2025 Academic Recognition Convocation

The Academic Recognition Convocation (ARC) is a special time to recognize full-time students who have attained high scholastic standing and a required attendance University event. The program will be streamed live on the Central State University Facebook and YouTube pages.
Outstanding Senior Scholars are selected based on the following criteria: high GPA, active participation in college and University activities, active service in the students' communities, involvement in the students' respective fields (internships, conferences, etc.), outstanding public speaking, and/or membership in the Honors College.
College Scholars are awarded to students with a cumulative grade point average of 3.50 and above.
Class Scholars are awarded to students with a cumulative grade point average of 3.20 to 3.49.
