We are excited to help you make a successful transition to Central State University. To prepare you for the fall semester, we host Student Orientation, Advising, and Registration (SOAR) days to introduce you to our programs and support services.

The following online options offer quick access to your information.

    1. Click Self-Service (formerly Handle Your Business)
    2. Select Student Records
    3. Select Account Summary by Term
  • Visit centralstate.afford.com. For assistance, please call 888-722-4867.  

    If you have your Central State email forwarded to another email, your invitation email will not go through, so you will need to stop forwarding your MYCSU email to receive this important message.

  • Visit https://studentaid.gov/. Please allow two weeks for our system to update.

    1. Click Self-Service (formerly Handle Your Business), the select the following: 
    • Financial Aid tab (top)
    • Award link
    • Award for Aid Year
    • Aid Year, choose the current academic year and click Submit
    • Accept Award Offer

    From this point, awarded aid selections can be made, or the student can accept the awards as shown.

  • Visit https://centralstate.verifymyfafsa.com/account/login. Please allow two weeks of processing time.

  • For assistance, send an email to the Financial Aid office at financialaid@centralstate.edu or the Cash Management office at cashmanagement@centralstate.edu.

    For SAP appeals, check MyCSU for updated information. Please allow five business days of processing time.

  • Check your enrollment status and review class schedule.

    Visit the Office of Academic Coaching and Advising.

  • View your holds, grades, academic advisor information, unofficial transcript, and account summary.

  • Complete your housing application and view room assignments and roommate information.

  • View and print your bill, set up your payment plan, pay online, and view your account history.
