Local leaders are optimistic about the economic future of Dayton, Ohio.
In an article for Dayton Daily News (DDN), Morakinyo A.O. Kuti, Ph.D., of Central State University, shared the importance of broadband access in the quest for improved economics. Kuti serves as vice president for Research and Economic Development (VPRED) and director of Land-Grant Programs.
“Broadband should be considered a utility as it is a vehicle that many services must have to conduct operations,” Kuti told DDN. “Reliable broadband networks will form the backbone on which education, health, and economic systems operate.”
