Students invited to SENT Start-Up Competition

The College of Business at Central State University will assist students interested in the electrifying SENT Start-Up Competition, slated for April 4-6 at the Bank of America Auditorium in the Walter E. Massey Leadership Center at Morehouse College. The eagerly awaited event is open to students from a diverse range of colleges and universities. 

Distinguished by its two dynamic categories, social entrepreneurship and innovation, this competition presents a golden opportunity for aspiring entrepreneurs to showcase their talents. Participants compete for prestigious monetary prizes of up to $7,500 that will be awarded to three winners in each category, transforming the event into an exhilarating showcase of entrepreneurial excellence. 

To compete, students must submit an application subject to rigorous evaluation by a panel of experts. Once accepted, participants will assume the spotlight, delivering a captivating 10-minute pitch to a panel of judges and benefiting from the mentorship of experienced professionals. As a bonus, a prominent entrepreneur guest speaker will also attend!  

This competition is an ideal platform for students passionate about entrepreneurship, social innovation, and forging their path as future business leaders. An exciting feature of this competition is that Morehouse College will cover the lodging expenses for all accepted out-of-town participants.
