Spring 2025 class registration

Get ready to register!

Spring registration is just around the corner! Starting Oct. 8 (and Oct. 7 for active duty military, veterans, and dependents of veterans), you will be able to secure your spot in the upcoming semester. Please follow the steps below to ensure a smooth registration process.

Important steps to register

1. Check for holds on your account

  • Cash management hold: Make sure your Fall 2024 balance is $0. Contact the Office of Cash Management at cashmanagement@centralstate.edu or 937-376-6343 for assistance.

  • Advising hold: All students have an advising hold. You will need to schedule an appointment with your student success coach or faculty advisor to lift this hold.

2.  Schedule your advising appointment

  • Discuss your class options, academic progress, and career goals with your advisor. They will lift your hold, allowing you to register.

3. Register for classes

  • Visit Banner Self-Service, select the “Student” tab, and then click on “Student Registration.” Make sure to have the 5-digit CRN number for each course ready!

4. Submit proof of registration

  • If you live in the residence halls, you must submit your spring schedule to housing by Dec. 6, 2024. If you have not registered, please remove your belongings from your residence hall before leaving campus.
