The Facilities Management Department is responsible for maintaining and improving the buildings and grounds of the campus. We are also responsible for the custodial services to help maintain a clean and safe environment for faculty, staff and students. We provide project management for departments to address immediate and long term needs regarding capital projects and campus improvements. How to submit a request to Facilities Management
If you have a maintenance, grounds or cleaning issue in your dorm hall, academic building or administration building, please submit a ticket to SysAid. Requests are fulfilled in order of importance and availability. All emergency requests should be followed up with an email or phone call to the appropriate department. Please see the list below for emergency criteria.
What if I have a maintenance emergency after hours?
If you have a maintenance emergency after hours (Monday through Friday after 4pm, Saturday, Sunday, Holidays) then please contact your Residence Life professional or Building Manager.
