Three CSU research professors/co-Principal Investigators talk about a partnership with three other institutions with a combined $10 million grant from the USDA’s National Institute of Food and Agriculture to recruit, educate, train, and retain the next generation of diverse food and agriculture professionals.

A $600,000 grant to CSU from USDA’s National Institute of Food and Agriculture will fund a three-year study on obesity prevention and understanding how individual genetic makeup interacts with diet and impacts personal health in minority populations. Guests include two research professors and undergraduate student researchers.
